You supply the alcohol, we supply everything else. Our vintage horse trailer bar arrives fully set up and staffed with a TABC-certified bartender. Perfect for budget-conscious hosts who already have beverage preferences sorted or want full control over what’s being served. Includes: trailer rental, TABC-certified bartender(s), bar setup and breakdown. Starting at $850 for 0–30 mile delivery. Ask about extended range pricing.
The Whole Rodeo — We Handle Everything
Sit back and let us run the bar from start to finish. We bring the trailer, the alcohol, the bartenders, and everything in between. You show up, your guests drink, and you don’t lift a finger. Includes: trailer rental, full bar setup, TABC-certified bartender(s), alcohol (beer, wine, spirits, or signature cocktail packages), ice, garnishes, mixers, cups, setup, and breakdown. Pricing based on guest count, duration, and beverage selection.
