Our Story
Tracy Rathbun is also the co-founder and Shinsei, Lovers Seafood and Dea Restaurants ,a thriving restaurant company that has been a leading influence in the Dallas, TX hospitality scene since 2006.
Kent Rathbun is a chef/restaurateur since right out of high school. He has owned and operated many different concepts from 5 star to his current BBQ concept and catering company.
Kelly Newman brings a unique combination of beverage expertise and exceptional guest service. 25 years of bartending and managing in fine hospitality have given Kelly his creative and fun perspective to ensure your guests will always feel the fun of our Mobile Bar.
