What You Need to Know
Just a few! Upon delivering the 12 foot horse trailer to your event (17 foot including the hitch), it will be pulled by our 15 foot truck and need enough room to park the trailer in it’s designated area safely. The trailer is too heavy to move by hand once it's parked in it's designated area.
We service DFW and surrounding areas! We are based out of Dallas, Texas and include free travel up to 30 miles of Dallas. If you’d like us to travel further to make your event, we are happy to go the distance with a small trip charge of $2.50 per mile.
There is one main serving side, which is located on the “driver side” of the Tipsy Firefly trailer. There are 2 serving sides on the Black Stallion.
No! We bring a large power bank battery with us to every event!
Yes! All of our staff is TABC and Food Handlers certified.
We are here to serve you under any weather condition! We also have portable bars that we can place inside your reception area to serve your guests inside, if need be.
We require that one of our staff be present at your event to bartend/ monitor the trailer. Our bartenders rates are $45 per hour per staff member for the night, four hour minimum per person.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for most events, and 3–6 months in advance for weddings and large corporate events. Saturdays in spring and fall fill up fast — if you have a date in mind, reach out as soon as possible to check availability.
Yes — we serve all of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas, including Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Grapevine, Southlake, Rockwall, Arlington, and beyond. We can travel further for the right event — just ask us about extended range pricing when you reach out.
Absolutely. The Double R trailer is designed for outdoor events and we set up at backyard parties, ranch properties, nurseries, parking lots, parks, and open-air venues all the time. We just need a flat, accessible surface for the trailer and enough space for guests to gather around the bar. We’ll confirm the logistics with you before your event date.
Every rental includes the trailer, our TABC-certified bartender(s), full bar setup and breakdown, ice, garnishes, and basic mixers. Depending on your package, alcohol may be included or you may provide your own. We handle all the logistics — you just tell us where to show up and what time. Additional bartenders, extended hours, and specialty cocktail packages are available as add-ons.
